Liability Waiver
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Weekly weigh-ins! Every Thursday morning the moment you wake up from sleeping, please use the restroom, and then immediately weigh yourself. Do this before drinking any fluids or eating any foods. This is critical, as it is our way of tracking your progress in an accurate manner, as well as enabling me to make proper adjustments to your meal plan.
- Please take progress photos! Initial starting photos (full-body front, profile, and back), and take initial measurements as listed above. I would like you to take new photos and new measurements every 8 weeks.
- Please purchase a food scale, they can be purchased for $15-$30 on Amazon and other places. Ensuring that you are eating the correct portion sizes for every meal are the key to minimizing variables and guaranteeing consistency.
- Realistic Expectations! Living in the age of social media has made it very easy for people to pick out a physique that they want and assume that they can get there with a little hard work and determination. I by no means want to discourage anyone, but I think it’s extremely important to realize that people on TV, in Magazines, and on Social Media all utilize lighting, filters, tanning, dehydration, photoshop, “pumps”, anabolic steroids, and posing. These people also didn’t get into their current shape in just a few months. These are all important things to think about when setting goals and expectations. I want to help you achieve everything that you want, I just want it to be known that some of these models are not easily, or naturally obtainable.
- Payment: I do ask that you please send payment before I start assembling your workouts and meal plans, as a lot of time and effort goes into them. Payments can be sent via Venmo: (@davidpearl87), PayPal: (pearlperformancetraining@gmail.com), or cash if local.
Meal Plans will be emailed over the Friday evening before your designated Monday start date. Workouts will be emailed over no later than the Sunday morning before your designated Monday start date. This will allow time for you to ask questions, grocery shop, and meal prep over the weekend, and then also ask questions and clarify workout plans prior to starting.
