This option includes a fully personalized meal plan with portion sizes laid out for every ingredient of every meal. Everything is taken into consideration when carefully planning your meal plan, from your overall goals, to your food preferences, allergies, and dislikes. Based on your daily schedule, eating windows are established to keep you eating on time and at the most beneficial times for your goals. Ingredient and whole meal replacements are also offered, as well as “in a pinch” suggestions when you do get caught off routine.
This option is same as above, but is for an entire year.

**Designed using your home equipment.
12-Week workout plan based on your current fitness level, body composition, and short/long term goals. The plan will be customized to fit your schedule, however many days per week you are able to commit to.
This plan is similar to the above mentioned plan, however it is even more customized, utilizing whatever equipment you have at home. Whether it be a few dumbbells, an assortment of different bands, a single barbell, whatever it may be, I will put together a full 12-week workout plan with whatever equipment you have. This is perfect for those who don't have access to a full gym, workout from home, and have a random assortment of equipment, or no equipment at all. For those signing up for this plan, I ask that you send me a full video showing all the equipment you have access to.
For clients located in the Rocklin, Lincoln, Roseville area, in person training sessions are available. Whether you need just one session to go over a workout plan I have put together for you, or you personally benefit from the accountability of 1-on-1 training, I am here to help!
